In this workshop, you will learn how to create a future-proof partner strategy to ensure a more structured approach to your work with international partners. In addition, you will get concrete tools on how to find, manage and motivate your international sales partners.

The workshop is based on your current partner strategy, whether you currently work with a few or many partners in different export markets. During the workshop, you will be introduced to a 3-step model for "Future Export Partnering", so that your partner strategy will be more structured and future-proof after the workshop.
To future-proof your partner strategy, you will be introduced to various new business models based on the digital age and digital tools that can streamline your partner collaboration and save you time and money.
